		<description>Hi Lita,

I just wanted to tell you how much I enjoyed 1,000 Tracings. The story and the illustrations made for a winning combination. It truly is a heart-warming story, and a wonderful way to connect today&#039;s kids with a time in history with which they are probably unfamiliar.

Oh, and I too am a children&#039;s author, and I also have an office staff of critters--much like your cat--who assist me each day (whether I want their help or not.) 2 cats, Henry &amp; Herman, and a puppy, Holly. I loved your pictures of your kitty.

Thanks again for 1,000 Tracings and best wishes for its continued success as well as your new book.
