My son was sitting next to me while I was blog reading and he practically jumped out of his skin when he saw the cover. I love your stuff, but can I jsut say that I’m super excited to see your take on science!

I’m just visiting around to “meet” my fellow judges for the Cybils MG/YA Nonfiction category.

    Congrats.

The Pennies for Elephants pic is great. I volunteer at my son’s library (here in CT), and the librarian was just crowing about who she’s going to have dinner with at the Keene festival in October, so you might meet her.

Hi Jennifer — it’s great to meet you (I’m just looking at your blog now also)! I’m looking forward to the Cybils. Last year I was on the Cybils NF Picture book panel. There are some really good MG/YA Nonfiction books this year so I can’t wait to see what the 1st round panel comes up with. The Keene Festival has an amazing group of speakers this year — I’ll be at the dinner too so hopefully will meet the librarian. Thanks for visiting! –Dave
